Courtney represented us both when buying our Myrtle Beach condo some five years ago and selling it this past June 2011. We found her to be an extremely professional, understanding and pleasant realtor with which to work because of her warm personality and willingness to focus on our needs.
Having purchased over ten properties during the past thirty years, we were familiar with realtors who had qualities that did not reflect on our needs. Courtney took the time to learn what we wanted and then never wasted a minute of our time seeing or considering properties other than those fitting our expressed needs and interest.
Time is a critical element in the purchasing and selling of a property and Courtney not only appreciates this, but she also gives full consideration and adheres to this principle completely. She never tried to bump us up into higher priced properties by wasting our time looking at what we would never purchase. She was also just as willing to suggest a property in our price range and general expressed needs while immediately giving us full warning that it would not be a good fit for us. This ability to lock into our interest, price and needs was a unique characteristic we found in Courtney but sadly, however, not often found in other realtors.
Because Courtney kept in regular contact with us after selling us our Myrtle Beach condo, we recommended her to many of our friends and family considering property in that area. When it came time for us to sell our condo, there was never a question of having anyone other than Courtney represent us. Like our purchase of the condo, she listened carefully to our needs and focused on them rather than trying to fit us into some feeble preconceived concept of a marketing package given to realtors to use with customers.
